1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Z.U.S Car Detailing services provided by Z.U.S ADMIN LTD (Company No. 17009198), registered in England & Wales. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Z.U.S ADMIN LTD offers mobile car detailing and additional cleaning services (Z.U.S Extras). All services are carried out at a location agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your booking confirmation email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment

Payment can be made online at the time of booking or on arrival. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Z.U.S ADMIN LTD reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price quoted at the time of booking.

5. Liability

Z.U.S ADMIN LTD takes every care when carrying out our services. However, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles or property. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We recommend you inform us of any pre-existing damage before work commences.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and parked safely for the duration of the service. Please remove all valuables from the vehicle prior to your appointment. You must provide accurate information when booking, including vehicle details and service address.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and application, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Z.U.S ADMIN LTD and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

Z.U.S ADMIN LTD reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
